RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with REVORA WEAR LLC.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or size exchange.
To be eligible:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required.
All returned items are personally inspected upon arrival to confirm they have not been used, washed, or altered.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For size exchanges, customers are also responsible for shipping the new item unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
